We are a proudly Costa Rican–owned company with more than 20 years of experience in the transportation and tourism industry. Our mission is simple: connect travelers with trusted small and medium transportation providers through a modern, efficient, and secure digital platform.

You may know us as Transportation in Costa Rica or Costa Rica Trip Guide—brands we've built over the years serving thousands of travelers across the country. Hola Rides Costa Rica is our new chapter: a modern platform that brings together everything we've learned to deliver the most seamless transportation experience in Costa Rica.

Over the past two decades, we've seen how local operators—with deep knowledge of the country, its roads, and its culture—deliver the most authentic and reliable travel experiences. Yet many still rely on outdated tools that make daily operations harder than they should be. We built our platform to change that.

We are proud members of the Costa Rican Tourism Institute (ICT), the official tourism bureau of Costa Rica. ICT certification is a legal requirement to operate as a licensed tourism transportation provider in Costa Rica — without it, companies are not authorized to offer these services.

We are also members of Asotranstur (Asociación de Transportistas Turísticos de Costa Rica), the national association of tourist transportation providers, committed to the highest standards of safety and professionalism in the industry.
